Colson Baker, or Machine Gun Kelly, is famous for his unique way of singing. Baker was born April 22 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. into an extended family that was of English Scottish and German descent. When he was a kid Baker, he spent a good amount of time travelling along with his parents who were missionaries. His dad James Colson Baker struggled with depression and joblessness and his mother Sonia Alane left them when he was nine. Baker along with his father moved to Denver and lived at the house of his aunt's father. Baker experienced bullying from youngsters in his community because of the poverty he had. When he was in sixth grade, he started listening to rap. Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on the 22nd of April, 1990, in Texas the U.S. In his music, he is known for mixing modern hip-hop styles with rock. Baker has recorded four mixtapes during between 2007-2010 prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. In late 2011, this Cleveland artist became an international star after he made the transition from self-releasing his mixtapes, and then signing with reputable label labels. His career took off and each album charting in the top 10.
